Challenge<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Max Loans is a small finance company whose friendly and personal approach wins them big points with customers. Full disclosure: they are also neighbours with FutureLab! Max Loans were concerned their website wasn\u2019t properly geared towards their target audience, and needed re-aligning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outcome<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The new Max Loans website is now well-focused on the identified target audience. There are clear prompts throughout the site to take action online and the loan calculator makes it even easier for customers to quickly work out an ideal payment plan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Refreshed Graphic Design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We worked with Max Loans\u2019 marketing team to come up with a refreshed brand aesthetic for the company. The outdated cartoons were replaced with imagery depicting real people and personal stories were highlighted on the site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Loan calculator functionality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We customised the MaxLoans website to include an improved loan calculator feature. The calculator lets users choose between determining how much they can borrow, or starting from how much they need. Repayments, loan period and loan amount can all be adjusted on a sliding scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving consumer engagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new website was also designed to clearly encourage the target audience to take action online. The key landing pages feature strong call to actions and the number one action \u2013 filling out an online application \u2013 is the main focus of each web page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
